This month's image is called Burst of Yellow. It was shot in a 16 x 9 aspect ratio. I've also included what I think was the best image from last year, which also happened to be the first image posted. It's called Stormy Weather. All of the images in the View From The Cockpit section of the blog are available as high resolution images. They make great desktop backgrounds.
Note: Typepad recently changed the way they resize uploaded image files. So clicking on the image to bring up the high resolution copy no longer works as mentioned in previous posts. I have included a link that should provide you with a high resolution copy. If you would like a high resolution copy of any of the other images in this section just e-mail me and I'll send you a copy.
